Where can I have my picnic?
We are located in Winchester, Va.
You can choose the location of your choice, that is within a 60-mile radius of 22655. We will come to your backyard, inside your home, or to your favorite spot.
***5% travel charge within a 15-mile radius of 22655. An extra $2 per mile outside of the radius.
How do I pay for my picnic?
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is due at the time of booking to reserve your date, time, and flower arrangement, and the remaining 50% is due 14 days before the event or will be canceled.
If you pay in full, please note that 50% of your total price will be considered your retainer fee.
When can I book my picnic?
We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure your desired date and time will be available. Due to the demand for preparations, you must book no less than 14 days from your selected date, as far out as 6 months.
Do you have a referral program?
YES! If you refer a friend for our services your friend will receive 10% off their picnic and you will also be credited 10% off your future event!
What comes with my Wildly Whimsical Picnic?
Every picnic comes with the custom-built low picnic table, wildly whimsical picnic styling, linens, elegant tableware, the custom floral arrangement you keep, floor cushions, pillows, blanket, and/or rug, plus any additional decor to fit the theme.
How many people can join in on the W+W fun with me?
Rates start at 2 people! Be sure to reach out to us before booking for parties 13+ so we can be sure you are taken care of!
What are the food options?
You are welcome to supply your own food if the location allows.
What if I need my picnic for longer than posted TIME?
Please let me know when checking out the additional requests form.
When can we leave the event?
The client is required to stay at the event location until a W+W staff returns for cleanup. If you need to leave before your 2-hour time is up please reach out to W+W and we will do our best to accommodate.
Oh no, My plans changed! What if I need to reschedule?
At this time we do not process any refunds. If you must cancel we require you to notify us no later than a week from your scheduled event, once we have received your cancelation notice we will begin the process of rescheduling your event.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If bad weather is expected, we can deliver your picnic at an indoor location provided by you or reschedule your reservation for up to 60 days.
